Following the successful completion of works at another of their locations, the client engaged us once again—this time to design and fit out two new tea points at their Shoreditch building.

The project came with a number of challenges, particularly the restricted room layouts, which made accommodating all necessary elements—storage, fridges, dishwashers, and sinks—more complex. Additionally, each tea point required a unique design tailored to the aesthetic preferences of the tenants on each floor.

Working closely with the client, we delivered two sophisticated and space-efficient tea point solutions, each optimised for functionality and visual appeal. To further maximise worktop space, we incorporated wall-mounted filter taps and instant hot water taps, meeting the client’s specific request for modern, user-friendly features without compromising on available surface area.

Despite the limitations, the result is two high-functioning, visually cohesive tea points that serve the needs of each floor while enhancing the overall workspace environment.
