Having successfully delivered several upgrade projects for this longstanding client, we were thrilled to once again support them—this time with the design, supply, and installation of a custom library and feature wall in their new office space.
The client’s previous library relied on off-the-shelf bookcases, which had struggled to withstand the weight and quantity of books—resulting in bowed shelves and reduced functionality.
To address this, we designed a bespoke library system using robust 36mm shelving supported by metal ladder racking, ensuring strength, stability, and longevity. Every unit was custom-built to integrate seamlessly around existing meeting pods, making the most of the available space while maintaining a cohesive design language throughout the office.
The aesthetic was carefully considered: the black finish with exposed plywood edging complemented the existing office interiors, while floating corner shelves added a refined, made-to-measure touch that elevated the overall look and feel of the space.
This project not only provided a durable, functional solution but also introduced a striking visual feature—perfectly aligning with the client’s vision for a modern, well-appointed workspace.
