Scope of works: Refurbishment of tea point and breakout space
Sector: Agency
At the onset of the pandemic, with offices standing empty, our long-term client saw the opportunity to undertake a major refurbishment of their tea point, breakout, and meeting spaces—and once again, entrusted us with the project.
Working under unique circumstances, our in-house designer Lauren led the creative direction, producing concept visuals, tile selections, and graphics that brought the vision to life.
The result was a striking new tea point, featuring a two-tone colour scheme, distinctive tiled splashback, and an inviting, modern feel. The flooring was replaced with a durable wood-effect vinyl plank, laid in a classic herringbone pattern—combining style with practicality.
In addition to the main space, we carried out light refurbishments across three meeting rooms, including new carpets, fresh paintwork, and updated furnishings. Each space was refreshed to reflect a more contemporary aesthetic, and all works were extremely well received by the client.
This project demonstrated how a well-timed refurbishment—even in challenging conditions—can transform everyday office areas into stylish, functional hubs that enhance the working environment.
